MEB Impianti founded in 1946 just after the 2. World War in Fiorano al Serio near Bergamo in Italy as an Italian manufacturer in the construction of ropeways for over 65 years.

The company become active in manufacturing of surface lifts, fixed grip chairlifts, funiculars, cable cars and moving carpets.

 

Numerous examples of these have been made not only in Northern Italy since the 1990s, especially in the location of Bergamasque Alps and but also in France Alps.

 

In 2017, MEB moved to Julain Alps near Triglav Mt. in Slovenia, a small central Europian country, which is known for its lakes, mountains and ski resorts.
